Peanut Cilantro Dressing will give your next salad a make over. This dressing will do the trick to get everyone at the table eating a healthy salad, whether you are having an Asian or Mexican inspired meal. I know what you are thinking….This dressing may have a lot of ingredients but it is definitely worth the trouble.

Try it out for yourself!! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

 ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
 1 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
 1 tbsp Tamari
 1 tbsp Agave Nectar
 1 tsp Ginger root, grated
 ½ cup Cilantro, chopped
 2 tbsp Peanut butter, smooth
 ½ Lime, juiced
 ½ tsp Sriracha sauce
 ¼ tsp Salt

Directions:

In a small mixing bowl; whisk all the ingredients above into a luscious, creamy & flavorful dressing.

Optional

If you like your dressing on the sweeter side; add another Tbsp of Agave.
