Mango Avocado Salsa………doesn’t it just sound like Summer? This is my new favorite dip, snack, topper….etc. It is a truly refreshing dip and taste great on top of my Chipotle Baked Chicken (recipe coming in a few days)

Ingredients
- 2 Avocados; cut in small cubes
- 1 large Mango, cut in small cubes
- 1/2 cup diced Vidalia Onion
- 6 Campari Tomatoes; diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves; minced
- 1 Jalapeno, diced
- 1/2 cup (not packed) of chopped Cilantro
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 Lemon; juiced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, Combine all the ingredients Above & ENJOY!
- **to store the salsa for later, reserve the pits from the avocado and add to your storage bowl **
